Japanese Yam Sushi Rolls
I made an earlier post on making Japanese yam fries — which were delicious, btw — and decided to try making them again, but this time for SUSHI! Combined with asparagus, carrots, cucumber, and avocado, this veggie combination roll is highly recommended! I am adding this to my list of vegetarian-dishes-that-taste-great-possibly-better-than-meat-so-we-can-stop-eating-too-much-meat recipes
Japanese Yam Fries

I tried making this because I love Japanese yam (steamed over rice) and sweet potato fries. I just cut up a Japanese yam and dipped them into a mix of cornstarch and seasoning (pepper, salt, tumeric), then sautéed in a quarter-inch of high heating oil. Then seasoned after with more salt. Yum!
