Broccoli Stem and Carrot Salad with Ginger Miso Dressing


Using my Magic Bullet processor, this is the easiest, yummiest, and healthiest salad dressing to make ever! Just add carrots, ginger, miso, sesame oil, and rice vinegar — all to taste.
To make the broccoli stem salad, just cut off the coarse skin on the stem of the broccoli and slice into bit-sized pieces. Rinse the broccoli stem with salty water to soften it. Chop the carrots. Mix with the dressing. Eat!
